"The hotel is in an excellent location, and overall my experience was great. I want to especially highlight the outstanding service provided by Sabri, Osama, and Noha. Sabri was incredibly helpful—he offered guidance whenever needed, helped carry heavy items to my room, arranged taxis, and assisted with anything I asked for, always with a big smile. Osama and Noha were also wonderful; they consistently provided exceptional service and support, and they quickly solved any issues I had. Thanks to their dedication and hospitality, I was happy to extend my stay from 10 nights to 15 nights. Highly recommended!"

"Great location for everything, near to Tahir Square, Egyptian museum, metro station, Cairo Tower, River Nile and as many shops and restaurants you could want, Manager Mr. Ahmed, receptionist Alaa, Housekeeping Azze bend over backwards to help you with anything you want, rooms were spotless, Breakfast is Egyptian style but as much as you can eat, Staff are very friendly and helpful right down to the doorman at the entrance, 7 floors with lift and reception and lounge area at the top, we will most definitely use the hotel again next year, Highly recommended 10 stars."

"I really liked the customer service I received in this hotel, I had a late booking but when I arrived at the hotel the manager Usama did his best find me a room a thing that pleased me well...and when I mentioned to him about a problem in the toilet he proposed to change the room forme. I booked another night with the hotel and the lady that was there was great in helping to relocate me to another room. All the staff Ahmad , the young lady, the guy I found there when I arrived including the manager Usama are great I loved the good customer service"
