"1.Zero hospitality. Met the owner only once when checking in. Received msg about payment the day before check out to give money to his sister. Even when checkin out there was nobody. Just left by myself. 2. When I just arrived he offered excursions. When I said "later", he has lost any interest to me. 3. Asked about taxi app in Aswan before arrival. Got no information. Forced to arrange hotel taxi for 100egp. Some info.. In Aswan u can use Indrive or Careem app to go to the ferry station named in Google maps "Elephantine island ferry ( South)" next ro Cafe "Makani" +ferry 5 egp. From train station it's 25-30 egp. Use these apps coze if u like to go somewhere in the city from ferry station u ll meet many drivers who attacks u and give 5-7 times more expensive price, trying to cheat u. 4. Tried to arrange private taxi to Abu Simbel with driver they offer, his name is Sido. He talked to me via watsap very rough without any respect. Don't use it. Better go to another hotel/restaurant on the island and book it for the same price. It's very easy."

"La struttura è semplice ma accogliente ✨, vicina al corso d acqua, perfetto per una passeggiata lungo riva con solamente i suoni della natura 🏝️ La ragazza con cui abbiamo comunicato ed anche la ragazza che ci ha aperto la porta della stanza, sono state professionali, sorridenti e disponibili, chiedendoci spesso se avessimo bisogno di qualcos'altro ❤️ In stanza abbiamo trovato : lenzuola pulite, bagno pulito, 1 coperta per ogni letto (suggerimento : chiedete una coperta in più se siete freddolosi e se capitate qui nel periodo novembre /dicembre 25) 🎶 C è un bel terrazzino esterno con tavolino e due sedie, in camera, che affaccia su una piccola foresta davvero incantevole 🌟"
