"M’ha agradat tot! Tant tot el personal de recepció, els botones” els de seguretat , el personal de neteja , els cuiners , els cambrers , els de bugaderia que em van deixar un Jersey blanc com nou ! És un hotel amb un encant especial .Vam agafar la última habitació que quedava ( suite 709)amb una panoràmica espectacular de la ciutat . També disposava d un SPA amb magnífic personal on em van fer massatge egipci , saunes seca i humida , hamman amb peeling de pell ; botiga de souvenirs a un preu raonable al canvi de moneda i dues depenentes molt atentes; 3 restaurants , en especial en Youssef Salem i en Nader Hamed que ens van tractar com si estiguéssim a casa ; y la piscina de l hotel a dalt on hi ha un bar Sky que té vistes a tota la ciutat on vam poder celebrar l aniversari amb els companys de la Selecció Espanyola de kárate . A la tornada cap a Barcelona des de l’hotel el servei de taxi estupendu"
