"Sijainti oli loistava, rauhallinen ja lähellä kaikkea. Sadan metrin päässä ihana ravintola Kaks Pulka. Rannalle neljän minuutin kävelymatka ja lyhyt matka keskustaan. Huoneisto oli tilava, ja riittävästi varusteltu. Kulumia näkyvissä, mutta erittäin hyvin siivottu. Takapihalla oli pieni "terassialue" johon saisi kivasti pari tuolia ja pöydän, jolloin asunnon viihtyisyys vielä lisääntyisi kun oleskella voisi myös ulkona. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli näillä helteillä tarpeen."
