"I did not get the door code in advance and the instructions for access were not specific enough. Had to wait 5 minutes behind the door until I understood that the code is not accessible in booking.com. But at least the owner was reachable by phone and sent the door code quickly. Television had no subscriptions (not regular channels, not Netflix), only could watch YouTube. Would have liked some books, board games or toys in the apartment."
"Located on the ground floor of a nice new building (a smaller office building maybe?). Tastefully furnished, spacious enough for a family of 4. We really liked it. The road in front of the building is closed for renovation, but no work is being done, so we haven't been disturbed by any traffic. The final phase of construction is happening behind the building, but it wasn't noisy either. Rakvere Castle is a 6-7 min walk from the apartman."

"The apartment was spotless clean, in a quiet building, 100m from the main city square. An affordable groceries shop was very close. There were some things in the fridge you could buy at a very affordable price. Everything in the apartment was new, the coffee machine made wonderful coffee! We will definitely want to go back."
