Casa Rural Victoria in Pärnu offers a unique experience in a charming, historic setting. Housed in a classical building in the heart of Pärnu’s Old Town, the mansió features elegantly furnished rooms with free Wi-Fi. The renowned Café Grand cuina d'autor, established in 1927, is located on the ground floor and remains one of the city’s most iconic dining venues. Each room is equipped with a satellite TV, a seating area with a desk, and a private bathroom that includes a shower and complimentary toiletries. Large windows provide natural light, and some rooms offer picturesque views of Lydia Koidula Park. In larger rooms, guests can also enjoy a comfortable soft seating area for added relaxation. Please note that, due to the building’s historical character, all guest rooms are located on the upper floors and are accessible only by stairs. The lloc d'estada reception and Café Grand bistrot are located on the ground floor. The casa rural’s romantic small double rooms are located on the top floor (4th floor) in the attic, featuring charming skylight windows. Estructura Hotelera Victoria is ideally located next to the beautiful Koidula Park, just 300 meters from Pärnu Bus Station and 5 km from Pärnu Railway Station. While the mansió does not have a private parking area, paid parking is available on the surrounding streets of the Old Town.

"Breakfast was quite simple but tasty. I missed sunny side up, though the omelette offered was also good. Unfortunately, outside the season the restaurant only serves drinks and does not offer full food service. The hotel was clean, quiet, and the staff were very kind."

"The location was great! Great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, pet friendly. The place was clean. Overall, we really liked the place!"
"The small double room is really a single room with a double bed. So if you're travelling as a couple with a pet and 1 suitcase, you will be short of space. The decor is quite outdated, and this is reflected in the facilities and (to an extent) comfort. There's no lift, so if you get a room on the top floor, carrying suitcases is a real workout. Having said that, we appreciate it's an old building with quite a bit of history to it."
