"The check-in could be a bit more straightforward. The doors close after 6pm, which is the same entrance as the museum, so we weren't sure if we came to the right place. We had to call the number provided in the booking for them to open the doors for us. I would prefer a clear instruction beforehand or a special bell on the door for those who arrive between 6pm and 10am."

"My sister and I were the only guests. We were provided with the key to the Castle for entry. The owner of the hotel of the Castle met us personally. They made us breakfast themselves. I had checked off just about all the available items for breakfast, and was provided with appropriate portions of each item. As we were the only guests, we were asked whether we wished to have dinner at the hotel, and if so, to advise them and they would accommodate. When we indicated that we wished to experience a local restaurant, a recommendation was provided. It was excellent. Definitely a memorable experience. Jaan & Maia S."
