"El hotel es muy cómodo, está en pleno centro y el personal excelente. La habitación súper confortable, con aire, ventilador, televisor y aunque es pequeña, tiene ropero para guardar el equipaje. El baño limpio y completo también. Tiene también garage para guardar los vehículos, y el restaurante al lado, con muy buena comida y excelentes precios"

"Perfect secluded-feeling spot along the beach, only 10 minutes walk into town. Our room was large (with air-conditioning) and had ample outdoor space to hang out. The owners are really friendly and helpful and their dogs and bird are very cute. We started by staying here 5 days and ended up staying 3 weeks we loved it so much. Great place to come and slooooow down. You won't regret staying here!"

"We arrived in Quito and had to check in to the first best hotel since we got food poisoning on the way. I’m very thankful that we ended up here. The staff were immediately outside our door as soon as we needed something. We had water, fruit, blankets and towels delivered to our room on plates. On top of this, they regularly contacted us on our phones to check on our well being. The service we received here was truly above and beyond and we would happily return with better health. The room is clean, nice beds, clean bathroom. Multiple restaurants and a pool. The restaurant connected to the hotel area really gave a fine-dining feeling with very good food, staff in the restaurant were exceptional aswell. Strong recommendation."

"Fabulous spot. Clean, great views, lots of activities on the property. We appreciated the good swimming and lovely beaches, as well as the ping pong and kayaks and billiards that we could use for free. Parking was in a locked basement parking garage. Staff were all friendly and kind. We could walk to a nearby mall and grocery store within 10 minutes. The condo building is quiet and well cared for. We enjoyed our stay. We extended our stay to 5 nights and enjoyed it all."

"La vista desde la terraza, sus árboles y plantas. Su historia. La región con los pueblos aledaños.. Las señoras Rosita y Yesenia nos atendieron con mucho cariño y la comida lojana que nos dieron era estupenda!. La información extra y la amabilidad de su propietaria nos ayudó mucho."

"El anfitrión excelente, muy amable, atento en todo momento, súper cortes. La habitación esta muy bien, pero podría mejorarse un poco más la iluminación. El desayuno muy bien servido, puede repetir el café o chocolate, productos muy frescos y la atención excepcional. Cabe señalar que la infraestructura del hotel es colonial y es parte del centro histórico de Cuenca."
