"The hotel was a very convenient stay before our trip into the jungle. It was comfortable, the air conditioning was a blessing, and the staff were very helpful. It wasn’t too far to walk to restaurants in the evening though we didn’t stay out late as we weren’t sure about the area."

"There was minimal hot water which wasn’t a huge issue hence I haven’t marked the hotel down much for this. Still it would have been nice to have had a warm shower."

"Nice hotel for an overnight stay in Coca. We had a good breakfast down the street. A/C in rooms, basic but pleasant, comfortable beds. For a basic hotel this was a very good value."

"I spent 8 nights in Hotel Boutique and it was great. Nice room with comfortable bed, desk, dressing drawer, great location very close to Malecón and the center of Guayaquil. Staff is super friendly and accommodating, they made coffee early for me in the morning and were helpful overall."

"A great hotel, great location, and delicious breakfast included in the price. It was more expensive than expected however. Booking doesn't include a tax they added to the price when I checked in. Also I took an overnight bus and an early check-in cost of 25 dollars for a room that had already been prepared seemed quite extreme."

"Everything as per the photos and description. Rooms were clean and had everything needed. The suite had a fully equiped kitchen. Linen and towels of good quality. The beach close by, a 200m walk. Staff and owners very helpful and friendly. We arrived early unannounced and were allowed to check in. Breakfast, which was included in the price was good and buffet style."
