"Location is very central. Clean room with AC. There is a shared refrigerator that is very clean. And potable water was a available 24/7. The owner is quite lovely. Always smiling and very kind."

"The owners (and their son) met us right at the dock to greet us and take us to the hotel because we had some issues with our ferry and they were concerned for us. ♡♡ And then also because our ferry arrived so late in the evening and disrupted our travel plans, Marysol, took the time and spent the entire next morning helping me to make last minute arrangements for my travel plans back home. She came through to help us even though it was so last minute and there weren't many options! They take pride in taking care of their guests and treating them like family! Also the room and the main areas had everything we needed and it was heaven to be able to have a shower with consistent hot water and high pressure! :)"

"Extraordinaria. Desde el primer momento la señora Marisol muy cálida y atenta en su atención, siempre pendiente de todo igual la señora que nos ayudó con la limpieza, en todo momento muy pendiente y explicándonos que teníamos acceso a la cocina y al uso de sus implementos. A una cuadra del Parque San Francisco, de la Av. Baltra y Charles Darwin, acceso a todo lo necesario e indispensable por si se te olvidó de llevar algo. Farmacia, tiendas restaurantes. El Mercado Artesanal a unas cuadras también. Cerca de todo definitivamente. La Habitación muy confortable, todo limpio, acceso a baño privado, aire acondicionado, TV, todo habilitado. Gracias por la atención, le sumaron en mil a esta experiencia de conocer la Isla."

"Stayed with them when we arrived in Quito and booked them again when we arrived back after travelling before getting flights home. Good location, not too far from the historic centre and quiet area at night. The shop downstairs was convenient for stocking up on water and snacks, in house laundry service. A few restaurants close by, and the metro station is just a few minutes walk."

"From the moment we saw Posada Ingapirca we knew it was going to be an amazing stay! It was definitely worth the gentle climb up from the village. We had a very warm welcome from Jorge and settled into our beautiful room with a great view. The whole property is so well situated and the walk around it was so peaceful, with hammocks to rest in and llamas to meet! Both meals, dinner and breakfast were delicious and the service was first class. We especially enjoyed the little cocktail we had before dinner, it was a lovely touch. We did the walk around the ruins - not in the ruins - on the afternoon we arrived (the ruins are closed on Monday and Tuesday) and we were accompanied by the property’s dog called Doggie, who was so attached to us the whole way! I should also add that it is very peaceful there, so we slept really well. Sad to leave after just one night."

The staff is super nice, they’re always there for you, they also have an agency around the corner where you can go on tours, and if you don’t want to leave the hotel just ask at front desk they know everything, super clean, breakfast delicious, facilities comfortable, I loved it!!!"
