"I booked a room with air conditioning and breakfast included. At first they tried to put me in a room without air conditioning and I had to show them the booking. Then the next room they put me in was extremely moldy to the point where it was hard to breathe and I had to ask if they could move me to a different room which thankfully they did. I didn’t realize the room was an “upgrade” so the next morning the manager said breakfast wasn’t included with that room so I had to pay extra but again I had to tell them I booked a room with air conditioning and breakfast included. I was unaware of the “upgrade” and simply asked for a room without mold in it. Then at check out I tried to ask for an invoice for my records which they refused unless I paid an additional 15% tax which again was already included in the booking. I tried to show them the booking a third time and they would not accept that. Seems like they try to scam extra money out of people who stay here. Wouldn’t recommend."
