"Booked here 11am last minute after another place messed my reservation up. Everything was ready when I arrived 30 minutes later. Good location at the edge of town so close to facilities but green views from window. The staff are lovely and go out of their way to help. Comfortable warm bed. Great to stay in a purpose built hotel with solid walls so you can't hear other people in their rooms/ coming and going. Wifi was good and there was enough hot water to wash my hair."

"Our stay at Monte Selva was a 10/10 . The staff is very welcoming, helpful, accommodating, kind but most importantly very courteous providing an excellent customer service at the spa area, restaurant, bar and lobby. We really enjoyed our stay that we would recommend anyone that visits Baños to stay there and we are looking forward to visiting Monte Selva in the future. The location was excellent, is walking distance to the center of the city where there’s many bars, restaurants. The food at the Monte Carlo restaurant is not only very good in taste but in prices as well. The filet mignon is a must try. We enjoyed very much the thermal waters and saunas that were indoors and outdoors we had the hot tub and pool. Our room was very very clean and had a big window to enjoy the beautiful view. We had a great time 😊"
