"personnel très sympathique"

"l'etablissement (IDH Group) en charge de l'édition et transmission de la facture a mis un temps considérable à transmettre la facture du séjour, et ce malgré les multiples relances effectuées par la plateforme BOOKING. Le numéro d'appel affiché pour joindre cet établissement sur la plateforme BOOKING (+213555131032) ne fonctionne pas."
