"The room was big and comfortable. The patio with hammocks is lovely and calm. The location is great- on the main road, close to everything, but not at all noisy because the rooms are facing the patio. The wifi works well as does the air conditioning. The owners (Alejandra and Andrés) are super friendly and helpful and the receptionist/waiter Raphaël is amazing as well. And the price is the best in the area."

"The room deco is a bit dated and there is no daylight - but as I wasn’t there to spend time indoors, it was not an inconvenience. The lovely patio more than makes up for this."

"We had a great stay there and will come back when we are im the area. Junior was a nice and helpfull guy. Had some nice chats with him. The room is big enough with comfortable beds. The aircon is working very good. Yes, The bathroom looks a little bit old, but it was clean and there was hot shower. If you want a modern 5star hotelroom, than you have to book and pay for a 5star hotel. Wifi was working good. We parked our car on the street and junior took care of it. But you also can park on a parking spot for 200 pesos. The hotel is on the main road, but it is not noisy because the rooms are in the backyard. There also some hammocks, which is really nice to relax for a while. Thank you, junior!"

"The staff, Junior & Lens, were great, a very friendly and helpful bunch. The location of the place is very central, and quiet. The shower actually had hot water! Which is pretty rare in the DR. Lovely communal garden with hammocks and chairs to relax or work, and the attached pub is also pretty nice."

"The hotel is in the middle of the town, very close to the Caribbean busstation, it is very save and clean. Despite the central situatìon, the hotel is very quiet during the night, the bed is excellent, you can sleep very well. The owner Andrés is very helpfull, helped me with information to visit the Lago Enriquillo by my own. Additionally: if you are without car, ask for Tomas. He is a very trustfull senior motordriver, he can drive you to the different playas. I can recommend this place without any hesitation."
