"The location was excellent. Lots of nearby shops, restaurants and easy access to the trams. We loved the high ceilings and big windows. The place had great natural light and good ventilation. The kitchen was well stocked and we easily prepared light meals during our stay. The elevator worked well - as did the key card for locking unlocking the apartment. The building was secure and well maintained."
"The view from our bedroom was awful , thankfully there were sheer curtains that covered the windows. There was also a huge drain pipe outside the bedroom window not only was it an eyesore when it rained, the dripping noise was irritating. We requested to view another apartment while we were there just to see if there would be a better option of which apartment to book for a return visit - the response was unsatisfactory - we were just sent links of pictures to view other apartments and was told that we would not be able to book a particular apartment just a 'class' of an apartment."
