"Nice restaurant downstairs, small kitchen for guest"

"The little Pension was comfortable and located close to the train station. The room was warm in the winter, and the little bar downstairs is welcoming. Bathroom was good and included a bath. What sets it apart from other places that I have been is how incredibly helpful the staff were. Before arriving to the pension, I stupidly left my phone in the taxi (bolt). To cut a long story short, over the course of a day, they managed to hunt down the bolt driver and contact him and arrange to get my phone back to me. This was not a small task, as the information I gave to them to help was vague. I have not experienced such amazing care for a guest in the many hotels that I have been to before. "Možnost snídaně jsme nevyužili, nemohu posoudit. Ocenili jsme mikrovlnnou troubu, rychlovarnou konvcici, lednici..Lokalita skvělá, na nádraží i do Babylonu lze pěšky. Nedaleko stanice tramvaje, časté intervaly - to jsme využili cestou do ZOO."
"První večer jsme se vrátili z Lunaparku později a netekla již teplá voda, další večery OK. Pokoj č. 3 jsme měli s přistýlkou, po rozložení křesla dost omezený prostor. Dalo se zvládnout, ale musí s tím návštěvníci počítat."

Przestrzeń i cisza; można było się swobodnie poczuć. Pensjonat połączony z małą restauracją; zawsze można zejść na dół, zjeść coś, napić się czeskiego piwa. Właściciele bardzo mili i pomocni."
