"Checking in was very easy. The room was very spacious and clean with a lot of amenities, as was the bathroom. The kitchenette was very handy and packed with different appliances for making coffee, tee, or even cooking something if you wanted. It's location is pretty close to most points of interest and very close to a tram station, so it was easy to get around. Talking to staff was also ok, we communicated through whatsapp and they replied very quickly and were helpful. We asked for an extra blanket and they brought it the next day, and in general they replied pretty fast to any questions we had. I was overall very happy with the room and I would recommend it."

"The rooms are very big, at least my one was, you could very easily fit a whole family in here. Numa's online check in is easy and it's simple to stock up on extra coffee if you need it. Very close to the things you'd want to do in Prague, I'd happily stay here again."
"When you search 'Numa Prague Libusa' on Apple Maps it doesn't come up at all but you can find it by typing in the address. Google Maps works fine. I contacted Numa via WhatsApp to let them know to update their listing on Apple Maps but just got an automated response from a bot. Apparently the laundry used to be managed in house, two washers and dryers for guests to use. Now it is managed by WeWash, it essentiality connects a smart plug to the washers and dryers, to use them you need to create an account and login to their app or website. This is a hassle and it creates privacy issues as I don't want to have to sign up to a service, hand over my email just to do a load of washing. WeWash gave me 2 Credits for both Washer and Dryer so I was able to do my washing for free, but it's unclear if I was gifted these for creating an account or because I was staying at Numa."
