"Convinient location as close to the bus stop to Brno and a wolking distance to university through a park. Staff was very kind, allowed me quite earlier check in and on request I got needed equipment. Breakfast staff also very kind."

"Sometimes I could hear noise from next rooms, one night guests were too loud."

"I stayed in Hotelový Dům for 10 nights for a business trip to Olomouc and I was more than happy with the stay! The room I requested for was a recently renovated one and was very comfortable and warm amidst the cold weather. In addition, the furniture were in great condition with no issues! The restaurant/breakfast provider under the hotel was perhaps the highlight of my stay, with two of the nicest people there. The couple who ran the Italian restaurant was very genuine and made my 10 night stay there feel like home. In addition, their food is also amazing, with continental breakfast as basic but brilliant. Once the restaurant opens too, the Italian pasta and pizza are to be honest, one of the best in Olomouc! Would definitely recommend staying there and getting to know the staff and people too. Very nice people!"

"Only feedback I have regarding the hotel was the shower head in my bathroom was gushing water when turned on. It was a simple mechanical issue and didn't affect my stay in any other way, so was happy with it"

"The staff in the restaurant was wonderful and very friendly and the food was good too. Rooms were okay too."

"The location was not best, but I guess it was matched with the price of the room."

"The hotel was adequate for one night; the room was clean but the bathroom was far too small. The restaurant is owned by a very friendly couple (the chef is also the ownner, who is Italian. He makes authentic pizza, and is willing to sell some of their products to you at a reasonaqble price (ingredients like olive oil and coffee, which we bought)."

"The best thing about this hotel is without doubt the friendly staff. It’s blessed to have Fabio’s fabulous pizzeria on the ground floor."

"Wszystko w tym obiekcie jest bardzo! Bardzo czysty pokój, dogodna lokalizacja, blisko do centrum ok 20 minut spacerem. Bardzo miły personel. Darmowy parking przy obiekcie, pyszne śniadania na miejscu. W hotelu znajduje się włoska pizzeria, bardzo polecam!"
