The Boutique-Hotel Thermal is one of the largest espai balneari complex hotelers in the city of Karlovy Vary, trobated close to the colonnade. It features a centre de benestar centre with an indoor pool, Finish sauna, hot tub, steam bath and infrared cabin. The rooms offer views over the pool or over the city. Paid on-site parking is also available. The mansió rooms provide a bathroom with a hairdryer, satellite TV, phone, safety deposit box, minibar, bathrobes and slippers and free WiFi. Various espai de relaxació treatments and a fitness centre are also available. A selection of delicious set meals is available in the Film Café, whereas the hostal univers culinari offers delicious local and international cuisine.

"It was very hot in the room without a way to change the temperature other than open the windows. The matress was a bit hard."
"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was friendly and efficient, making us feel very welcome. The room was comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offered a great variety. We also loved the convenience of the thermal pool connected to the hotel—just a short elevator ride away. Highly recommended!"
"It would be great to ensure carpets are thoroughly cleaned, as there were a few noticeable stains in the room. Improving pre-arrival communication would also enhance the guest experience. It took several days to receive a reply regarding the airport transfer, so a quicker response time would be appreciated."
"Everything was great. The room was clean, with a beautiful view of the city and a balcony. The breakfasts were delicious, but I'm not sure about the variety. We stayed two nights and only got breakfast once because we had an early checkout. It's centrally located, and access to the outdoor pool is included in the price, which was incredible. However, I recommend leaving a bottle of water in the room; we were thirsty from the road and weren't sure about the tap water."

"Amazing breakfast, good wifi, we had 2 hours of spa included plus towels and bathrobes, comfortable rooms and quite hard mattresses which was good for us. Friendly staff good speaking several languages. We will definitely come again."
"Additional blankets would be nice to have, air conditioning worked strange in the room (in bathroom it is fine) and for a first couple of hours it was quite fresh in the room. Expensive parking-garage nearby costs about 20 eur per day and with reduction from the hotel it was 15 eur, which is still expensive."

"This is the central hotel of the Karlovy Vary, placed in the center and start of the pedestrian area. It has its own wellness and medical center with a large variality of treatments. If you want to have some, it is better to book them before arrival as it can happen there is no space left later. Also, hotel is directly connected with city's thermal pool and spa center "Saunia" and you have free entry for 2 hours a day. Hotel has large parking area and underground garage (both for fee). Personnel is polite and eager to help."
