"Fantastic location, I had a room with a balcony and it was a good size room. Bed was big and comfy and the shower is great"
"The only thing that was annoying was they do not give you water with the room but there is a lidl next door so you can get water from there."

"Our room was not cleaned during our three-night stay. We only found out after asking reception that housekeeping is done only on request. This would have been helpful to know at check-in. One morning, another guest had his jacket stolen during breakfast after leaving it on a chair while getting food. Breakfast is served in an open area near the bar and reception, and at that time it was easy for anyone to walk in. That said, staff responded quickly, tightened security, and handled the situation appropriately. The guest’s lost key card was also resolved very efficiently."

"Great location — just 10 minutes to the city center by tram. There is a ticket machine on the tram with a credit card payment option. Nicely styled rooms and a cozy hall with a bar and restaurant. Open 24/7. Check-out on Sunday is at 15:00 — really great! On other days it's at 12:00 (also perfect!)."
"Too many people for such a small breakfast buffet area during “rush hours”. If you have a room on the side facing the tram and want to sleep with the window open, it gets very loud from 5 a.m. onward."
