"The rooms are spacious and clean, also very warm during winter season. Large breakfast selection. Good spa facility. Special storage room for ski equipment with boots drying devices. The hotel is in a very good shape."
"Unfortunately, the restaurant was working in the evenings just as a bar. No possibility to order some food for a dinner. However, there is a very good quality restaurant 200 meters away with delivious Czech cusine. The location is a bit far away from ski resorts (around 25-30 min drive to Spindleruv Mlyn), but the hotel's price/quality ratio compensates the distance to drive every day."

"Super Unterkunft! Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind für diesen Preis wirklich gut. Für meinen Geschmack waren nur die Betten zu hart und es war sehr hellhörig, sodass man morgens von den Geräuschen auf den Fluren geweckt wurde. Es gibt einen beheizten Raum für die Ski-Ausrüstung und man ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von max. 20 Minuten an den Pisten. Frühstück, Pool und Sauna waren auch super."

"Výborný hotel na klidném místě. Z hlediska vybavení má vše, co je potřeba vč. lyžárny a prostorného parkoviště. Pokoje jsou velké a pohodlné (kromě postelí). Skříň je dodatečně velká pro 3 osoby. Snídaně jsou formou bufetu, každý si tam najde svoje a jsou moc dobré. Večeře stojí za to si připlatit. I přes to, že jídlo není na výběr, tak jsme měli všechny chody všechny dny výborné."
"Postele vč. polštáře moc pohodlné nebyly. Přistýlka pro 3. osobu připomínala vězeňské vybavení. Rozkládací malá klec s extrémně tvrdou pružinovou matrací a k tomu patřící vrzání. Bazén byl na naše poměry studený. Bylo nutné se neustále hýbat, aby člověku nebyla zima. Jinak ale zbytek wellness perfekt. Když jsou hlučnější sousedé (v pokojích nebo na chodbě), tak je vše slyšet, ale dalo se to."
