Hostel John Galt is located in the centre of Brno, only 400 metres from Brno Main Railway Station and a 5-minute walk from Freedom Square. It offers free WiFi, a shared kitchen and a common lounge area. At the John Galt Hostel you can choose from single beds in dormitories of various sizes. Towels and linen are provided. A supermarket can be found just 250 metres away and you can find various restaurants in the immediate surroundings. Parking is possible 50 metres away at an additional cost. Grand Alberg Bus Station is a 3-minute walk from the hostel and Špilberk Castle is a 15-minute walk away.

"The place was cute, it smelled really good on a perfect location, literally 4mins away from the bus station and 5 mins from the main square! The guy on the reception was cute and smiling, which I appreciate a lot! Also, all the basics were provided! I totally recommend this place!"
"I totally disagree with the quite hours, which are 22:00-6:00. I found out that these are the quite hours in Czech in general, but I don't find the morning hour suitable for a hostel. My roommates went totally wild in the morning, slamming the door and being indiscreet. One of them, even yawned in unusual high volume. But that's just my preference."
