"This is our second visit to tsikkos villas and, yet again, it didn't disappoint. Whilst some of the furnishings are a little tired, there is something very special about these villas. The location is simply incredible, the air con is excellent and the communication with Savvas (owner) was excellent. We can't wait to come back again!"

"Villa: we were family of four and it could have looked after 6 easily. Big bedrooms. All Ensuite. Good sized pool. Good location, quiet and needs a car. Latchi worth going to. Good kitchen. Amazing selection of TV channels. Lots of space. Would recommend."

"Beds are a bit hard but I didn't mind. Pool table was broken which was a shame. We took our own bats and played a lot of fable tennis. Next to a farm so chicken, Cockerel and Peacock noises which might annoy some."

"It was peaceful and relaxing. A great pool and nice roof terrace to watch the sun go down. There was easy access to both Paphos and Limassol. It was only 25 minutes from Paphos airport. The start up pack was excellent. All in all, great value."

"The apartment offers very good value for money — a fair and well-balanced option for its price. Excellent location in the Mackenzie area: just a short walk to the beach and an easy walk to the city center. A very supportive and responsive host, always ready to help with any questions or requests — especially valuable for a longer stay. There is a compact kitchenette suitable for light use rather than full cooking: toaster, kettle, microwave, and fridge. There is no kitchen sink or stove, but this was not an issue for me personally. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout the entire stay. The apartment features two balconies — one located off the kitchen area and the other in the bedroom. There is a partial view of the sea over the rooftops. A great café nearby — Valia — offers an affordable way to take away freshly prepared local dishes."

"We booked this villa while staying in it the previous year and 4 days into the holiday we booked it again for next year. The pool is amazing, it’s very secluded and private yet only 50m from the beach and 5 restaurants within a 20 minute walk. There is a working farm beside the villa so you get the associated noises but that doesn’t bother us. We had one slight issue and the owner rectified it with a couple of hours and is very friendly. My wife and I love coming to this area and this villa is ideally located."

"The room is clean and cozy, it has everything you need, the location is super nice with it being close to the beach and the park. Lots of shops nearby and good connection with bus stations outside. Also the host is super friendly and helped us a lot through our stay. Overall we had great time in this stay and would absolutely recommend it."

"The property was well equipped, clean, tidy, modern and well maintained. Host was very helpful and gave lots of local information. Location is great for the supermarket, square and only a short drive to the beach. We arrived very late and they made sure we had some groceries to start us off in the morning. Pool and outside areas lovely. All in all we enjoyed our 10 day stay and will definitely book again."
