"This is a lovely, homely villa. It is well equipped and has everything you could need for all the family. The pool is great, it is shaded in the afternoon, which is really helpful in peak heat. The table tennis table is an extra bonus, and there are books to read in both English and Greek. Fantastic location, easy drive to anywhere. Supermarkets very nearby, central Paphos is approx 10 minute drive. All carparks are free. Many beaches to visit. You would need a car to get around, unless you are planning to use the buses. From the villa, the coastal promenade is few minutes walk away, and is stunning in the evening, with beautiful sunset views. The sunset is also a joy to watch from the rooftop verranda. The hosts are lovely- friendly and helpful. Can't wait to visit again! Thank you Andreas 😊"

"Minor thing really, but the mattress in the master bedroom could benefit from a topper, as you can feel some of the springs. Otherwise, there was nothing to dislike!!"

"Lovely villa with decent size bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen got all the equipment you need. Tennis table,BBQ and swimming pool in the garden. Walking distance to the beach. Local shop 2 minutes drive from the villa and is open 24 hrs. This place is what you need for a week break. Nice and quiet area. . Already booked the villa again for my September holiday. 🌞"

"Exceptional value for money, great layout with loads of space. Pool was a very good size and crystal clear. Was nice to be on a private road with just a few other villas. Andreas was on hand with anything that we needed."

"Beds were a bit uncomfortable but not unbearable. Only issue we had was one of the neighbours had a dog that suddenly started barking for long periods at any time of the day but that’s not anything that the villa management have control over to be fair"

"My only advice would be they need more mirrors! Only the main double bedroom has a mirror. I think it need 1 in all bedrooms. That's a minor complaint easily fixed. We will return."

"The location was great we had car so able to move about freely, the pool was amazing and we loved all the geckos. Big space and great variety of utensils looked new, we have been coming to Cyprus for several year and we will be booking this accommodation again asap"

"Location of the villa was very good for us. A car would be needed from here to visit even the Paphos restaurants, but we come to Cyprus every year and always hire one anyway, so no issue for us. Nice quiet residential location was perfect for our stay as a family The pool was a perfect size for our family, and was kept spotlessly clean Andreas was a perfect host; from popping in and introducing himself once we had settled in, to answering any questions we had during our stay"

"The only things we didn't like were the 'squeaky' beds and door handles. Also, a dishwasher would have been handy, but none of this is too big of an issue"
