"הוילה ממוקמת מרחק נסיעה קצר יחסית מהחופים היפים אבל גבוה מספיק כדי להינות מאוויר טוב. החדרים מרווחים, לכל חדר שירותים ומקלחת פרטיים. המטבח מאובזר בכל מה שצריך, יש שפע פינות ישיבה ובריכה נקייה ומרעננת. בעל הבית מסייע בכל מה שנדרש, המלצותיו מדוייקות והוא זמין לכל שאלה."
