"The property is exactly as described and lived up to everything we wanted in a villa. It is secluded with the beach on your doorstep. The beach is very rocky and the sea was quite rough at times but was great for snorkelling. If you want a sandy beach, you will need to drive to one and a car is pretty much essential. The villa has all amenities and they use UK plugs which is a bonus if you’re from the UK. The pool is beautiful and well maintained but often needs topping up with water which was easily done via the hose next to the pool. The decor is slightly dated and some areas are slightly worn but this adds to the Cypriot feel and we quite liked this. If you’re looking for super modern, consider alternatives; rustic then this is your place. The owner checks in with you frequently and checks all is ok. She’s also recommends her families restaurants in Latchi - which I highly recommend - Restomare and Nōma. I absolutely would return to this villa."

"All the communication up to arrival and upon arrival was brilliant, we had all the information we needed in good time before arriving, and when we encountered issues they replied in a timely manner and arrived at the property to sort it out within the hour. The rooms are all large sizes, 4 bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms (showers lacked pressure but were adequate for use, the pool was nice and big for 7 people, nice and clean and was maintained once in the week while we were there too. All facilities you require are in the property, washing machine, fridge/freezer. Large outside table and BBQ pit for spending time outside together."

"Very nice big apartment, with everything you need, perfect for a longer stay. Unfortunately we stayed only 1 night...We had a big balcony and could see the water, enjoyed a glass of wine in the evening. Another plus is that every apartment in the complex seems to have its own parking space. Location is close to the beach, the promenade, Tombs of the Kings, Lidl. Walking distance to different restaurants."

"Great apartment in an excellent location just 1 mon walk from the beautiful beach, the place was clean and had all the amenities with fully equipped kitchan , the house is specious with nice seating areas in and outside the house.
