"Towels needed to be replaced and was done promptly and issue with microwave sparking which was also promptly replaced. The aircondition compressors need refilling as after 3 hours they bring in hot air which kept us up most nights trying to get the compressor to kick back on at 24 degrees. Good management company that was prompt at fixing any issues."

"The property itself is lovely—modern, clean, and well-maintained. The pool and outdoor area are fantastic, with plenty of comfortable shaded spots, which are essential in the heat. We also really appreciated the secure feel of the area, as access to Levanda Hills is gated and requires a code, which gave us peace of mind throughout our stay."

"We found the villa lacked a few practical essentials that made our stay less comfortable than expected. There was only one towel provided per person, which really isn’t sufficient when you’re frequently using the pool and beach and need to wash your hair daily. Although we requested more towels and were given four additional ones (for five guests), we were constantly washing and drying them to keep up. There was also an iron provided, but no ironing board, which made ironing awkward. Additionally, there were no tea towels, oven gloves, or even hand towels in the kitchen, which made cooking and using the oven quite difficult and a bit unsafe. Another issue was the lack of floor mats by the patio doors. With people going in and out of the pool, this became quite hazardous—especially with older guests in our group (aged 70 and 81). We ended up using the bath mats by the doors, which then meant we had none left for the bathrooms, making showers slippery and unsafe. We also didn’t have a welcome pack provided like we have had at all the other villas we have stayed at. In other reviews they said they had a bottle of wine, we didn’t. Thankfully I had organised a food delivery otherwise we would have been stuck until we could pick up the hire car to go shopping. These may seem like small things, but they added up and became frustrating over the course of the stay. A few simple additions would have made a big difference. I would definitely recommend hiring a car"

"This villa was amazing!! ideal location (far enough to be nice and quiet but close enough to go to the main strip or beach) as well as having a lovely pool the roof terrace was out of this world perfect sun exposure all day with stunning views - very accommodating to children they provided high chair and travel cot very clean appliances and high quality. I’be been coming to Cyprus for over 15yr this has by far been the best stay!! thank you so much"

"Отсутствие таких элементарных вещей как соль, сахар, перец и стиральный порошок. Было лишь несколько пакетиков сахара , соли и перца. Несколько пакетиков чая и растворимый кофе. Стиральная машина очень сильно шумит при отжиме. Дополнительный( не стационарный) фен не работал. На крыше из мебели диванчик и несколько кресел. Лежак один. Внизу у бассейна 4 лежака. На вопрос есть ли подогрев бассейна в цене или за дополнительную плату и есть ли вообще техническая возможность ,хозяин так и не ответил в течении нескольких недель. Видимо подогрева бассейна нет. French press был с трещиной и кофе постоянно вытекало."
