"It is a little bit far from the center, I ordered coffee the first day but I was told that the coffeemachine is out of order and it would be fixed in 20 minutes. I never got my coffee/ Except for this everything was great"

"Shame such a large balcony only had 2 tiny upright chairs and small side table. Not as shown on website photos with comfy looking lounging chairs. Breakfast tables were not cleared at all quickly."

"Breakfast was good as expected for a 5 star hotel. The staff were mostly very helpful and friendly. Free hotel parking was very convenient. The spa is a nice touch."

"The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no individual lighting on each bedside table so the (dim) ceiling lights had to be switched on if someone wished to read. This disturbs the other person in the room. The balcony glass was filthy and remained so throughout our 8 day stay. The hotel was very far away from the centre of town and the distance was too far to walk on a daily basis or after dinner. We thankfully found cheap parking downtown, however, I'm not sure how available these parking spots would be during peak season. The spots allocated for guest parking in the indoor carpark were convenient, however, the lights did not switch on while walking from our car to the elevators at night. We had to use our mobile phone torches in order to find our way. This was actually quite scary as one could not see whether anyone was lurking around in the dark and we needed to walk around 50m in the dark in order to find the place where the elevators were located."

"Large, quiet, very spacious room on a high floor with an open view of the sea. Very good breakfast. Kind, warm and personal treatment from all the staff. From the receptionists, the lovely Irena in the dining room, and the lovely Maria at the reception. We also liked that they allowed us to check out late at no extra charge. The restaurant on the 5th floor is great. The waiters are exceptionally courteous. The bar on the 16th floor is also great. We had a great cocktail there based on melon and another based on orange. Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, comfortable and luxurious."
