"We had a great stay at Fouad's place! The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with a kitchen and a big TV. The beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient—not too far from the sea. What really made the difference was our host. Fouad sent us all the details we needed for checking in and using the apartment, and his communication was excellent throughout our stay.thank you!"

"Excellent location, very clean and equipped with everything that you need for your stay. Beautiful view over the city with big terrace. Fouad/ Faud our host was amazing, very responsive and nice. The accommodation was beyond our expectation. Restaurants and caffès and supermarket are very close to apartment. One street away from the sea. Apartment is same as in pictures."

"The apartment is rather big and has two separate bedrooms, which nicely suited two couple group as we had. It was also rather clean. It is possible to park the car right outside the building."
"The apartment probably needs refreshment, as some parts are already tired :) the kitchen was strangely equipped - there were only three plates and similar amount of forks, but at the same time a grill was there too… It is a bit distant from all the interesting parts of Larnaca, like 15 min walk at least"

"I asked in the messages to check in earlier, we came to the apartment with luggage’s but the apartment was occupied with previous tenants, which was not convenient as we had to wait several hours and change our plans."

The apartment is about a 15-minute walk from Finikoudes Beach, and there is a nice public garden in front of the building, which is enjoyable for kids. Access to the building is very easy, and it's on a main road close to the bus station."
