"Super quiet which meant a very relaxing stay. Accommodation ticked all the boxes. A welcome food pack was very welcome as we arrived late and it kept us going until we could shop the next morning. Information folder for villa useful."

"Villa was generally clean but only superficially in some places. I prefer not to see evidence of previous occupants particularly in the bathrooms. Information for local area in folder was not relevant to Pervolia. It would be helpful to have information about local shops, restaurants and places of interest particularly. Gate barrier is only open by day. Arriving late meant we couldn’t access the villa development as the mobile phone to operate the barrier was inside the villa. We had to call the host which wasn’t a problem as she was able to raise the barrier for us but knowledge of the arrangements and procedure after dark would have been helpful in advance. Just a bit confusing."

"Fantastisk beliggenhed. Tæt på strand og kort til indkøb. God indretning af huset, gode størrelser på alle værelser med garderobeskabe i alle værelser."

"Køkkenudstyr kunne godt være bedre, sløve køkkenknive, slidte skærebræt og kun et enkelt vinglas. Der var en lugt af skimmel i køkkenskabe og værelset i stueetagen. Fik ikke altid svar på mine henvendelser til udlejer."

"Die Lage am Meer war toll, die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Garten, Terrasse und Dachterrasse sind gepflegt und schön. Der check in funktioniert reibungslos. Anfragen werden per WhatsApp sofort beantwortet."

"Willa przestronna, 4-ro kondygnacyjna, dla 8 osób bardziej niż wystarczająca. Ogród uroczy (choć zdjęcia na Booking już nieaktualne, z poziomu parteru już nie widać morza, widok zasłaniają krzewy - w lutym pięknie kwitnące). Doskonałe wyposażenie kuchni, w lodówce niespodziewany poczęstunek, bardzo czysto, kontakt z obsługą bardzo dobry. Lokalizacja świetna, zwłaszcza poza sezonem, gdy chce się odpocząć bez tłumów. Ogólnie w 2 rodziny (łącznie 8 osób) było nam wygodnie i jesteśmy zadowoleni, zwłaszcza, że pogoda w pełni dopisała; było wszystko co potrzeba, chociaż samej willi i jej wyposażenia nie można nazywać luksusowym. Serdecznie wszystkim polecam:)"

"Zaskoczeniem dla nas było ulokowanie jednej z sypialni w piwnicy, bez okien ale z wentylacją. Trzeba było korzystać z łazienki na parterze, usytuowanej przy sypialni, bo na poziomie piwnic była tylko toaleta. Poza tym w odpoczynku nocnym trochę przeszkadzał głośny szum umieszczonych na tym poziomie urządzeń. Może warto byłoby wygłuszyć pomieszczenie z nimi. Dom w ogóle był "głośny", każdy dźwięk swobodnie niósł się i odbijał od pustych ścian. Do pełni szczęścia brakowało też na wyposażeniu choćby 2 kapsułek z żelem do prania..."

"We stayed in a fairly large house that was perfect for a relaxing getaway. It’s located close to the sea (not right by the beach, but still very near), and there’s also a bus stop within walking distance, which made getting around really easy. The house has a great pool, clean and well-maintained, and every room is equipped with air conditioning — a big plus during hot days. Even when the sun was strong, it was easy to find a shady spot outside thanks to the large umbrella and well-placed seating areas. There’s also a lovely dining space where we enjoyed our meals in the evening. Overall, it’s a comfortable place with everything you need — quiet, well-equipped, and ideal for both relaxing and exploring the area. Thank you Stelios and Marianna for hospitality. You are a wonderful host."
