"Right on the beach with access to all the bars and restaurants of Protaras.The Management welcome cocktail was appreciated and the Spa was excellent and very good value."

"Breakfast overall was good but I think there could have been more fresh fruit items. I'm sure in Cyprus there is an abundance of fruits available - strawberry, kiwi, water melon for example."

"Lovely hotel. There is a newer part with much nicer rooms, the standard side are comfortable though. Most Staff very friendly- housekeeping very courteous and helpful. Two pools and easy access to a fabulous beach. Kids club for over 4’s (can go under 4 but you must stay with them) main outdoor restaurant (Mammas) was lovely. Lots of free sun-beds and no ‘towel reservers’ when we went in October. Lovely Elemis toiletries which were appreciated."

"The walls of the hotel room are PAPER think. You can hear everything’s next door and all conversations - even if they are talking quietly. This drove me mad!! Any drawer or cupboard - bang! The sunbeds are on grass and it was quite long which I find unpleasant to walk on. Lots of brown patches where the sunbeds aren’t rotated. Not all staff are as polite as each other. I would rate 4* not 5* due to room quality. Needs updating to be 5*"

"The position on Fig Tree Bay is great, rooms are clean & comfortable. The adults only pool is fantastic. Staff are friendly & helpful particularly Flora at reception, she is excellent !"

"This year was the first time we’ve seen problems with sunbeds, clients obviously getting up early to put towels down then either going back to bed or out & not returning until afternoon. Very unfair & thoughtless. I think management are aware & hopefully will sort this problem out before we return next year."
