"Clean villa. Great location. Great staff. Nice neighbours. Relaxing villa. Enjoyable place to stay."

"Beds uncomfortable. Pillows too hard. Couldn't find uk channels on tv. Couldn't mirror to tv. Needs a bit of maintenance I.e. blown patio window, blinds need attention. Pillows needed a wash. Not just the pillow cases which were clean. Rusty accessories in shower."

"I liked the space offered inside and out. I liked that we felt so satisfied with the house that we didn’t even feel the need to go out. I liked that the house was within a confined area and made us feel safe and secured. We liked really everything about it. It was by far the best and most relaxing holidays ever. We were sad to leave and we miss it already!"

"Very nice villa. Equipped with everything you may need. Knifes was sharp, which rarely in renting properties. The nearest beach is just 5-7 min walking."

"Όλα τέλεια, άνετο και ευχάριστο περιβάλλον, ήσυχη περιοχή. Το σπίτι ευρύχωρο όπως και η έξω αυλή. Ή πισίνα πολύ ικανοποιητική."

"Mycket plats i villan, lugnt läge och vacker privat trädgård. Man får två gånger i veckan mellanstädning, bytt av lakan och handdukar. Köket hade allt man behöver men kanske inte tillräcklig om vi hade varit med 6 personer."

"Madrasser var för hårda i två sovrum och i den tredje för mjuk! Skulle vara bättre om alla sängar hade mellan mjuka madrasser. Poolskötare kom när som helst och det kändes lite som intrång på vår privacy. Förresten: villans yta är inte som booking.com förmedlar. För oss var det inget problem!"

"Der große Pool, die Sauberkeit, Betten waren bezogen, große Badehandtücher, fußläufig zu den wunderschönen kleinen Stränden Mimosa und Green Bay. Die Lage nahe an Protaras und Agia Napa ist TOP! Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer!"

"Die Villa ist nicht so stylisch wie andere Villen, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war für uns unschlagbar, daher ist dies nicht wirklich negativ. Die Betten waren für uns zu hart."

"Το σπίτι ήταν αρκετά ευρύχωρο, με όλες τις ανέσεις, δεν του έλειπε τίποτα. Η πισίνα ήταν ικανοποιητική σε μέγεθος και αρκετά καθαρή, με κλιμακούμενο βάθος. Ο εξωτερικός χώρος του σπιτιού ήταν περιποιημένος, με σκιερά μέρη καθ'όλη τη διάρκεια της ημέρας."

"Οι κυρίες που μας υποδέχτηκαν δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικές. Φθάσαμε στο χώρο στην ώρα μας και μας έδιωξαν διότι το σπίτι δεν ήταν ακόμα έτοιμο. Κατά το check out, έπρεπε να τις ψάξω και τελικώς τις βρήκα σε έναν χώρο - αποθήκη."

"Well maintained and excellent facilities. Although not heated, because the pool was in the sun for most of the day it was warm enough even at the end of October. Great location next to the beach bar which has fabulous food, cocktails and staff - an ideal spot overlooking the cove just 1 min walk away. We loved the outside furniture - top quality and several different seating options. We enjoyed several BBQs which was also very well equipped."

"The location was perfect, the host Natalia was very accomodating and really quick to respond to any queries we had. The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The balcony was a great size and even had a lovely little awning for when the sun is beating down on your head. Bonus you get two, so if you have washing it doesn't take up precious outdoor space. We noticed some reviews mention the pressure of the water, we actually found the pressure was excellent just don't forget to press the little button beside the light switch before going for a shower if a cold shower was not your intention 😉 😀"

"The villa was fantastic we have stayed at the complex before and palma villa did not dissapont it had everything you needed our family including our 2 grandchildren 10 and 3 just loved the pool even the grown ups were in the pool from am to pm It was just so sad we had to leave. Mari the owner arranged our minibus transfer from the airport and also the return she also arranged to have safety gates fitted and a travel cot I can't thank mari enough she was contactable all the time by what's app which is so reassuring to have I just want to thank mari for everything she done for u 💓 xx Thanks again mari and we hope to get back soon"

"The villa was perfectly located, if you like peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The beach is not ideal, there are many rocks, but a few houses next door there is a place for swimming. We were there at the end of August, the sea was pleasantly warm, no people anywhere, a few tourists. Everything was great. I do not recommend going there without a car, we had a car, great price 200e for the whole week, restaurant and groceries 3 minutes by car, we went to the town of Aiya Napa every evening for a walk and dinner, 10 minutes by car. Wolt is available, they will bring everything to your room within 50 minutes. It was peaceful and relaxing, the pool is great, with a sea view."

"The place is located close to central, very clean and comfortable with a lovely surrounding garden. The host Toni was very helpful, we asked him directions at 1.30am and he was pleased to help us with any request we had."
