El Drake Bay Sunset Lodge està ubicat en una propietat familiar, enmig de la natura, a 5 minuts a peu pujant per un turó amb vistes a l'oceà. Hi ha garatge segur gratuït al peu del turó, davant de la platja. L'establiment disposa de bungalous de fusta construïts amb materials ecològics. Inclouen mobles rústics fets a mà, bany privat i balcó. Podreu delectar-se amb rutes guiades pel parc nacional de Corcovado, on podreu observar la fauna salvatge. D'altra Banda podreu anar a veure balenes i dofins i fer snorkel i submarinisme a l'illa de Caño. A més, es poden organitzar activitats privades, com ara rutes a cavall o amb caiac, rutes nocturnes, excursions a la reserva ecològica de Rio Claro i excursions per la finca privada de l'establiment (amb cascades i fauna salvatge). L'establiment es troba a 25 minuts en cotxe de l'aeroport de Drake Bay i a 1 hora en vaixell de Sierpe, Osa. San José és a aproximadament 350 km.

"The views were absolutely amazing, watching the birds in the morning was an absolute joy. The property was very comfortable, close by everything you need. Close to a beach, supermarket, restaurants etc. Also the owner was super helpful with everything, including transport, and booking tours etc."

"Amazing ocean view, fantastic cabins that were super clean, comfortable and really let you live the spirit of Costa Rica! We saw toucans, scarlet macaws and probably 10 other species of wildlife just while having breakfast! Even my hard to impress teenage daughter was blown away and sad to leave. The owner was exceptional and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and connected with all of the tours (exceptional insect/reptile night tour by Jose Huertas - he took pictures for us that felt National Geographic quality, night time biolumenescent boat ride by Alavaro Pacheco) and booked us for all of the things we wanted to do."
"Not related to the property, but we didnt know that you should take out cash/USD before getting to Drake Bay as its the primary method to pay for tours and such to avoid needing to pay taxes. We got by using Paypal (Visa is accepted at all restaurants)"
