"Nice location, in a quiet residential neighbourhood. Very good communication with the owner and easy check-in. Spacious apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Good value for money."

"Best thing was the laundry room. We did not know about this. It enabled us to wash all our stuff and get it dry very quickly. Big deal for backpacking!"

"Está en una calle tranquila, tiene dos habitaciones y dos baños. Una de las habitaciones totalmente ciega. Cuenta también con tres equipos de aire acondicionado."

"Estaba muy sucio y descuidado, totalmente ajado, con cosas rotas y desgastadas. Había unas cucarachas enormes en el lavadero, al lado de la cocina. Necesita urgentemente una reforma y reponer todo lo que está tan mal. No lo recomendaría."

"Lugar espacioso para parejas. Las camas son cómodas y baños grandes; un plus fue el cuarto de lavado, fue muy útil para lavar y tender la ropa. La zona se percibió muy segura para caminar tanto de día como de noche. Muy buena comunicación con el anfitrión."

"Beautiful accommodation just outside Jacó. Our room was very spacious, though a bit simply furnished. The bed was very comfortable, and we had both air conditioning and a fridge. The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There are also three pools where you can cool off a bit. The owner is incredibly friendly — it was very quiet during our stay, so he even let us keep our luggage in the room well past checkout time. Thank you so much! We would definitely come back."

"I stayed in the Sloth cabin. My son and his wife stayed in one of the domes. 1. Its chilly up there overnight. As in 12-15°C. The sloth cabin had a small heater which didn't do much, but it was nice that it was included. Just know going in, its cold up there (high elevation). The bed was comfy, both rooms were nice. The shower in the dome had the water heater in the shower head and got quite warm. The location is excellent, very close to the Volcan Poas National Park."

"I was looking for a bit of luxury in terms of accommodation and also a central location for the last few days of my one month travels in Costa Rica - Casa Vitality fit my requirements perfectly. The location was within easy walking distance of the beach and also close to other amenities such as cafes, bars and restaurants etc. The accommodation was great, with everything thought of and nothing too much trouble. There was also a lovely chilled, friendly and welcoming vibe from visiting family and guests right from the moment I checked in. The breakfasts, prepared by Yannick were sublime. Ryan was also on hand to provide help, guidance and support when needed."

"What can I say? Oscar was an absolute dream! Even before we arrived he had organised the boat for us and arranged any trips we wanted during our stay in Tortuguero. His mother met us at the boat and they welcomed us into the house. We felt like true locals staying in an authentic Costa Rican house. There were no mosquito screens, so we just kept our bedroom door closed, which worked well. The location was perfect - tucked away in town, just a five-minute walk from everything we needed. Oscar took us on a night walk and it was pure magic - we saw so much. It was wonderful to escape the crowds and enjoy a personalised tour. I’d highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for an authentic small-town Costa Rican experience with a great tour guide!"
