Las Cotingas Ocean View

"El personal és el que fa la difèrencia. Només varem fer baixar de la barca que venia de Sierpe, i ja ens esperava l'encarregat que venia en cotxe i ens va ajudar a pujar les motxiles fins davant l'habitació. També ens varen ajudar a reservar totes les excursions i cada dia estaven pendents que estiguessim comodes en tot. Totes les excursions a Corcovado comencen a Playa Colorada que está a 3 minuts caminant d'allà, això va resultar molt convenient. L'habitació és enorme, molt neta i molt acollidora! Les vistes de la Badia desde la terrassa del restaurant són absolutament espectaculars. Varem esmorzar allà dos dies, posen un plat de fruita i un plat calent a elegir, i un suc/café, per mi molt complet. Si tornés a Drake, repeteria a n'aquest allotjament sense pensar-ho dues vegades!"

"Quan varem arribar no ens va causar massa bona impressió ja que ens varen deixar a la part de darrera on hi ha alguns edificis descuidats i en obres, però no va causar un gran inconvenient. A part, les escales poden resultar un problema per algunes persones ja que són bastant empinades però és el preu a pagar per tenir unes bones vistes de la Badia. Nosaltres no varem agafar habitació amb vistes. Tal vegada crec que val la pena gastar-se un poc més per tenir l'habitació amb vistes al mar."

"We had an excellent stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well organized. The bathroom was good, with hot water throughout our stay, and the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very attentive in preparing vegan/vegetarian meals for us. The view from the breakfast terrace at sunrise was incredible!"

"There are quite a few stairs, or a ramp if you enter through the garage, but the whole town of Drake is on uneven terrain, so there’s not much that can be done about that. The Wi-Fi sometimes didn’t work well in certain areas of the room, but since it’s a remote location, that’s to be expected. Although I had read some reviews mentioning noise in the room near the kitchen (which is where we stayed), the noise wasn’t loud, didn’t last late, and didn’t disturb our rest."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly, the actual personification of Pura Vida vibes! The cabins were clean and the AC did a great job of keeping them dehumidified serving as a fresh escape from the heath outside. The view from the cabin's veranda is an Instagram influencer's dream come true but nothing can beat experiencing it in person while laying on the hammock drinking a cold beer. Absolutely stellar experience! Oh and the beach is 5 minute walk down the stairs!"

"There are areas on the main path that don't have paving and the night time lighting is quite poor making it a bit difficult to navigate the path to the cabin after the sun sets."

"The staff were so friendly and always went above and beyond. The view from the breakfast bar/restaurant is beautiful too. We had a balcony with a jungle view and managed to see monkeys, toucans and scarlet macaws all whilst on the balcony! I would definitely stay here again."

"It was a perfect Hotel for our stay in Drake Bay. It is rustic but very nice and authentic. The staff is super friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a great room with the roof top terrace which was extremely nice especially for evenings and sunsets. The views from terrace and the Restaurant were spectacular. We would definitely go back."

"The views are incredible, I thoroughly enjoyed my accommodation and wish I could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful. It was spotless clean, large comfortable bed, the top deck was a real treat and a lovely place to relax. Breakfast was excellent. I also experienced excellent communication prior and during my stay. Thanks for everything!"
