"Right beside the main bus stop (3 min walk) also very near where the Tika bus to Costa Rica picked us up! A proper backpacker vibe in the hostel. Out door kitchen with free porridge and coffee and seasonings etc"

"Great little place so close to the bus station + supermarket 1 block away. A bit of noise from the road as we had a front room, this wasn’t too much of a problem though. Well equipped clean kitchen."

"The hostel location is by the road with busy traffic.. it doesn't matter that is the part of the day the noise coming constantly through the windows. There's no a/c."

"It is a very affordable hostel conveniently located near the bus station. The staff was helpful in giving instructions on further travel, excursions and connecting travellers that were crossing the border the next day."

"I just loved the vibe there. The people who stayed there too were great and the top manager was awesome. The price to stay there is just so good. My bed was so comfortable. The outdoor kitchen was nice! Thank You!"

"Compact hostel, less than 5 minutes walk from main border bus station and also same to large supermarket. Lovely staff, good English spoken, continually kept clean. Secure key pad front gate and own key to room. Excellent wifi/internet/network throughout. Small kitchen area, 2 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, juicer, toaster, microwave. Plenty of covered, outside eating areas. Book swap. Plenty of local information available and staff offer plenty of help. Generally quiet. Moderately sized bedroom. Limited storage. 2 chairs. Bedside table and lamp. Bin. Large, flat screen TV with Netflix. Warm, but with air-conditioning."

"Cash only (but dollars and/or Colones). No rooms with private bathroom, (2 toilets to share, one with cold shower and another separate hot shower). No visible signs of recycling. Poor lighting in room and ceiling leaked during (daily) heavy rain (this was mentioned to the hostel so hopefully will soon be fixed). No hooks for hanging clothes. Quiet hours of 11pm to 6pm need to be extended (especially in the morning)."

"It's a nice place especially if you wanna take a early morning bus. The bus station just a few steps away and you have restaurants and shops all around. It's a nice Hostel"
