"Alissie (sorry about the spelling) was lovely, as was her mum.and the rest of the family. It was easy to find with the map provided. Just turn down the first track opposite the bakery and it is the first hole in the bushes. The room is handy with the extra bed to lay your bags on and ac is very quiet. A handy communal fridge as well as a sitting area. WiFi worked well. Breakfast was amazing on the first day local breakfast with cheese, the second day was about half the size and no cheese but we did get fruit, and was still lovely."

"I did get an electric shock from the shower on the last morning. There is a pungent smell from the bathroom, but everywhere in the area seems the same. It was super clean though. Everything else was great, the location is handy and beautiful singing from the church a few houses down."

"Quiet and central location, rich and tasty breakfast, supportive host for our individual requests. We saw amazing leguans and birds in the garden. Air condition was perfect and supermarket around the corner. Wifi well workibg"

"It’s a very chilled and relaxed place. Close to the beach close to the supermarket and close to the center so perfect. The room was simple but very good AC worked perfectly. And the best Costa Rican Breakfast I’ve ever had👌 Would recommend"

"Great breakfast, unfortunately, we forgot about it our first day! The owner was extremely kind and managed to send me via mail to San José an object I forgot in the room. Very nice place, nice garden with hummingbirds. Being able to use the fridge."

"Difficulty to communicate as my Spanish is really bad. Wish I could have been better able to talk."

"It would have been nice to have more hooks to hang up things inside. The water pressure was low. Water was warm enough though. A hammock would have been nice on the terrace."

"The family was very nice and the breakfast was delicious (fresh fruits, scrambeled eggs, bred). They adapted breakfast time according to my planned activities and were very flexible."

"La chica encargada fue muy amable. Me puse enferma una tarde y me trajo comuda a la haburación para que no tuviera que salir. El desayuno estaba muy bien. El agua de la ducha a veces salía fría y a veces caliente, pero no fue un problema. Muy tranquilo por la noche."

"Die Unterkunft wird familiär geführt, was eine besonders freundliche und einladende Atmosphäre schafft. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die tolle Lage – der Strand ist nur wenige Meter entfernt, und es gibt viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in der Nähe. Zudem war alles sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem, und das WLAN funktionierte gut. Das frisch zubereitete Frühstück war ein weiteres Highlight und ein toller Start in den Tag."

"Ein möglicher Nachteil ist die aktuelle Baustelle, da die Familie gerade anbaut. Während meines Aufenthalts war es noch nicht störend, aber es könnte in Zukunft lauter werden."
