"The place is very neat, well maintained and on a great location. It's right in the middle of El Poblado but on a really quiet street, so it's perfect if you're looking to get a good night sleep. The bed is incredibly comfortable, shower has great pressure and there's "very hot" water available. Julianna, the concierge, was very helpful and attentive. Would recommend."
"The studio unit is small for two people, it's mostly fit for solo travelers. No elevator. The balcony, although small, could fit two small chairs and a small table, instead it has huge plant pots that make it impossible to spend any time at all outside. Our unit's shower had a single temperature regulator tap rather than two independent taps for hot/cold water, so the hot water came out burning and the cold water was freezing, especially during the night which kind of sucked. The bathroom could use an air extractor since it has no windows. Still the very comfortable bed made up for most of the dislikes."
