"Das Hotel hat einen professionellen Service, gut ausgestattete Zimmer und es gibt einen Pool. Das Personal spricht auch Englisch gut genug, dass man Fragen stellen kann. Löblich ist das grosse Frückstücksbuffet, das sogar (fast) westliche Ansprüche befriedigt."

Am Letzten Abend unserer Reise haben wir uns dazu entschieden, einen Tee mit etwas Gebäck im ausgeschilderten Hotelrestaurant zu bestellen. Auf der Restaurant-Etage angekommen war jedoch alles dunkel. Nirgends eine Person in Sicht. Lediglich im Restaurant war eine Frau. Nach einem kurzen Gespräch mit Ihr stellte sich heraus, dass sie an diesem Tag geschlossen hatten. Doch anstelle uns wegzuschicken, hat Sie uns hineingelassen und unsere Teebestellung aufgenommen. Sie hat das Restaurant extra für uns beide geöffnet und uns damit eine tolle letzte Erinnerung an Chengdu geschenkt!"
"Kostenlose Wasserflaschen zum Zähneputzen gab es leider nicht. Es gab zwar Wasserflaschen auf dem Zimmer, aber dabei handelte es sich um kostenpflichtiges Markenwasser (zum Glück gab es in der Lobby einen Getränkeautomaten mit günstigerem Wasser)."
