"Entering Buea on Monday was quite intimidating due to the unfavorable reports about Mondays in the Anglophone regions of Cameroon. Therefore, I requested for a reliable vehicle, which the company kindly assisted me in obtaining, ensuring my safety. Before my booking at Pinorich Hotel, I had already been informed about the poor road conditions through the reviews here, so my focus was no longer the road but on the customer service which didn't disappoint me. The staff were very caring, kind and engaging. I highly recommend Pinorich Hotel."

While the clean environment and good infrastructure were notable, I was most impressed by the manager's handling of a power outage. The generator was malfunctioning due to a battery issue, but he promptly got a replacement and power was restored within minutes. He personally explained the situation not only to me but also to all other guests and checked in on me, demonstrating exceptional dedication to service. Notably, his efforts left a lasting impression and even if I had slept in the dark, I would have still carried a smile along. Go and get the experience."

"I was privileged to spend a night at Pinorich Hotel and overall, it was an incredible experience. The staff were awesome and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. However, I felt compelled to provide feedback on one particular aspect of my stay. The staff member who received me seemed to be overworking himself.Sorry, I didn't ask his name when leaving. I checked in, went out to flex and despite my late return, he was still diligently working. This early morning when I went to the restaurant to have my breakfast, he was still the one running up and down, apologizing for the delay of the breakfast. I couldn't help but wonder if he gets adequate rest. I would appreciate it if the hotel management could look into this matter and ensure a healthy work-life balance for their staff. My stay was great and I hope this feedback helps Pinorich Hotel to continue to excel."
