"The hotel shuttle driver waited for me outside the airport for hours in the middle of the night after my luggage was lost and I had no internet to communicate about my delayed timing–total lifesaver! Staff also arranged for an early check-in on my return & overall the hotel was great."

"I liked that it was modern and fresh with good air conditioning. It was close to the airport with shuttle service provided. The breakfast is good with plenty of variety. They also provide a lunch and evening buffet. It was clean and airy with a good atmosphere"

"I hated that when I arrived at the hotel after a long flight I was told that my room was double booked and had been given to another guest. I was then taken to Ibis which is not the same standard. Very disappointing. And although they were apologetic, it should never have happened. I also didn’t like that I didn’t have a fridge or kettle in my room."

"This is a good hotel in a good area with an attractive interior design, very clean and staff who are welcoming and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, breakfast was good. It does not take long to get to the airport from the hotel and they have a free airport shuttle. A place I will definitely look to stay in again next time I am in Douala."
