"La ubicació és molt bona, en una zona tranquila de Hanga Roa però a prop de restauració i de la zona de bany. Ofereixen tours, lloguer de cotxes i bicicletes, i si no tenen places en els tours et faciliten el contacte d'altres o directament contacten per veure si tenen lloc. Et venen a recollir al aeroport i també et porten quan tornes sense cap tipus de cost, tot i que l'aeroport quedi relativament a prop de l'allotjament és d'agrair. L'esmorzar és senzill però complet (tipus continental, amb begudes fredes i calentes, embotits i formatges a més de pa per poder torrar). L'habitació estava bastant neta i cada dia la netejaven, en general l'edifici estava molt net."

"L'hotel es nota que te cert temps, en algunes coses necessita alguna reforma o millorar alguns desperfectes. Hi ha un esforç del personal per tal que estigui tot correcte, però pels passadissos que sobretot donaven als patis interiors (amb vegetació) o al exterior de vegades veies alguna panerola. Alguns dels ventiladors necessiten una mica de neteja, ja que es notava que portaven alguns anys ja funcionant. Tot i haver connexió wi-fi a les zones comunes (entrada, menjador i sala d'estar) s'agrairia que el wi-fi arribés a les habitacions amb l'instal·lació de repetidors pels passadissos."

"Atmosphere of the island is all around the hotel. Loved it. Big bathroom. Great fruit for the breakfast. Wifi working in the lobby very well."

"The hotel was under some minor reconstruction, so it was quite loud because of the workers. Not enough daily sunlight in the room."

"The staff were what made our stay so great. They helped us out with booking trips around the island, include a sunrise visit of the Moai statues and an evening Rapa Nui cultural dance show. They were always friendly, smiling and helpful. Our room's air conditioning worked very well, so we were able to sleep well."

"The hotel is a little bit worn around the edges, but if you don't mind that you'll have a great stay. You can see that surface cleaning is done by the cleaning staff, but our room was in need of a good deep clean to freshen it up."

"Great location with sea view if you manage to get a room on that side. However we had booked a room with garden view, it was rather damp and the garden view was nonexistent due to work. We asked and got a free upgrade to the sunny sea side, that strongly affected my appreciation!"

"The breakfast was not the best but okay for *** hotel - no yoghurt, no fresh orange juice, only white bread. And the hotel rooms in the main building had their best time, need renovation."

"It was a very relaxed place with large communal spaces, a bit like being at home. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would recommend the day tours which can be organised from there. Airport transfers were included and breakfast was good. It's a very short walk to the main street so it's very convenient. The hotel maybe older but it represents good value for money."
