"It was quite expensive for the size of the room and standard, but this might be normal for Rapa Nui. It's worth noting that the "room deposit" was not taken as a pre-authorisation as informed, but was a full payment on my credit card of $200, and they say it'll take a month for the refund to be processed. This is completely different to experiences in other hotels, and not in line with a so-called "pre-authorisation"."

"The resort is lovely, good location by the sea front and close walk to the town centre. The room was big, beds comfortable but a bit bare and dated. The main advantage was the small pool and pool bar to relax after a day touring. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant. Amazing food, my seafood risotto with a steak was divine and my husband's tuna tataki was very good as well. Staff were very attentive and friendly."
