"This property and staff exceeded my expectations! We literally arrived at 7 AM due to our ferry being rescheduled twice. They extended our check-out until 2 PM and brought food to us in our room because we were not feeling well. Then they offered us SUP's to use at the most beautiful secret spot. That really made our stay memorable!"

"Amazing stay if you are discovering area around Chaitén. We rented cabana for 2 - very clean comfortable and warm. The owner family is adorable. And breakfast is just 10 of 10."

"The breakfast was really good. The people were really nice and welcoming."

"There was confusion over whether we had booked one or two rooms. The second room was large, but smelt a little musty. This did not affect my sleep, though. Bed was good and comfortable."

"Beautiful place and rooms. The look of the rooms seemed fresh yet cosy at the same time. Friendly and helpful owners. A good breakfast on offer (not just the standard bread with ham and cheese). The bathroom was more spacious than most. Be sure to ask if the restaurant dinner is available during your stay as both nights of my stay dinner was unfortunately not available here."

"No facilities to make a hot drink in the units, but the owners happily provided me with a thermos. The smoke from a burner/boiler (at least that’s what I think it was) in front of the rooms blows into the rooms at times (depending on the direction of the wind) and the smell of smoke was really strong at times. If you’re not used to it, it can be overwhelming."
