Communication is a basic expectation in hospitality, and the language barrier made several situations unnecessarily complicated and stressful. However, I would like to especially highlight Susanna and Alejandro. They are your best employees. They were always helpful, professional, and genuinely client-oriented. Every time we interacted with them, they made us feel welcome and supported. It was truly a pleasure communicating with them, and they significantly improved our overall experience. I hope the hotel will consider improving the English proficiency of the reception team, as this would greatly enhance the guest experience."
