"Puntos a mejorar son 1) Wifi => conecciones malas 2) el colchón de la habitacion (los 2 inclusos, pq tenia 2 camas en mi habilitacion) estaban muy malos. Me parece q estan tan usandos que quedan con un "hueco" en el medio. Gracias."

"The rooms were beautifully presented extremely clean and the beds were super comfortable The front reception desk were extremely friendly and fluent in both English and Spanish The breakfast at the hotel was amazing with so many different options available! The staff at the pool upstairs were extremely helpful and very friendly! If you are not from Chile and an international traveller hang on to the document given to you at the airport to use to at check in to save on the country taxes. This is something I wasn’t told so discarded the paper so had to pay the country taxes."

"Modern funky hotel. Fabulous corner rooms overlooking the city and the Andes mountains. Modern large bathrooms. Staff were amazing - shout out to Marcelo at the pool :) Really great location. Highly recommend will stay there again!"

"We have been 3 nights. It’s a beautiful hotel we had a nice room. We booked two tours with the hotel. Airport pick up was smooth and easy. My daughter was unwell and the staff were understanding and borrowed us thermometer."

"The hotel is very modern. Rooms are very spacious, clean and modern. We enjoyed views from 16th floor. In addition, we used Spa facilities including saunas and enjoyed massages. The rooftop terrace is lovely. It has a bar and a swimming pool. For breakfast, there are so many choices including lots of fresh fruits (watermelon, oranges, grapefruits, cherries), different options of scrambled eggs, variety of deserts. The location is a bit further from the old town. It is more a financial district, but it is only 15-20 min by cab to the town center. The staff was always very welcoming, making sure we are happy and looked after."

"Really interesting building with its triangular shape and excellent views from corner rooms and the rooftop bar. I specifically want to shout out to Oscar who was our waiter in the Fechoria restaurant - he was so friendly and very funny (and in a second language that is very skillful!)"

"Hotel was modern & nice, in a very nice location. Los Condes is the safest area to be in Santiago, metro station was very close. Room was very clean and tidy, a bit odd to European standards since the sink & mirror was in the bedroom. Special mention to the breakfast staff and the doormen! everyone was nice and smiling :) also Tomas & ”Will Smith” in the rooftop bar were AMAZING! Also be aware, the hotel DOES NOT accept any debit cards, otherwise you’ll need to pay in local currency which increases the price alot. Also you need to pay safety deposit 50$/night (100$/night with cash), i hope the hotel would’ve mentioned this somewhere since the payment became such a big issue. After sorting the payment for ~25min, reception still charged 15$ for early checkin (we checked in 55min before checkin time), felt quite ridicilous. Overall very good experience, would stay again!"
