"Helpful check in staff and a lounge and cafe to use while waiting for bus stations were my favorite parts of the hotel. There were beautiful views from the lounge and from my upgraded room. After hiking for 5 days and spending nights in a tent in the wind, having heated bathroom floors and big comfy beds was amazing. The meals and restaurant service is excellent, as is the bar. I would definitely stay again if I can still afford to in the future!"

"We had booked a room with a view, and wow, what a view! Might have been disappointed if we hadn’t booked this as other rooms were completely blocked from any views at all. Great welcome at reception, Very comfortable room (as well as having an amazing view). We didn’t use the restaurant but the bar area and food was great. Again great staff. Breakfast also good. We also took the boat tour to the glacier, again great staff made the morning really enjoyable."
