"Beautiful room with fantastic view of the Osorno volcano. Friendly and helpful staff. Great lunch restaurant. Cozy communal areas. Loved the fire in the fireplace in the morning. Fantastic to have hot water available 24 hours for those of us who need coffee/tea early morning and have instant coffee/tea bags with us (would be great if this was offered by the hotel)."

"The view of the volcano from our balcony was just breathtaking. The hotel's location was perfect; you can cross the road and go for a walk along the coastline or turn left and head into the town centre, where you'll find many different restaurants and shops. The breakfast was equally amazing in the hotel's restaurant with a view of the volcano in the distance. Please note that the hotel utilises a boiler system for its hot water, so the shower may take some time to warm up. We will definitely come back to Bellavista when we return to Puerto Varas. The staff were also very helpful and friendly."
"The room key did not work throughout our stay, so we had to keep going to reception to have it reset. They did say they changed the lock machine on the door recently so hopefully they will get this fixed soon."
