"Relaxing atmosphere with comfortable lounge areas to sit. Easy access to centre on foot. Comfortable room, modern bathroom. Friendly staff. Stored luggage for us for several days."

"Like a big family home! We stayed here for 3 nights and we were very comfortable. Big, clean, cosy and very friendly staff. The shared kitchen was well-equipped with plenty of fridge space and cooking essentials. We had rented a car so we appreciated the free parking. Bed was comfortable and although our bathroom was external, we were assigned a shower and toilet just across the hall so we had no issues there. Thanks for a great stay."

"Lovely hostel, very clean and comfortable. Molly and Mauro go above and beyond and can’t do enough for you. The breakfast has amazing homemade cakes. Mauro offers airport pickup and drop off services as well as amazing treks around the area and is extremely knowledgeable. Fantastic stay and would recommend. Very close to the town centre and quiet location and a great local pub for food and drink at the bottom of the steps!!"

"Really comfy beds, spacious rooms, clean throughout, helpful staff, relaxed atmosphere, good location. Plenty of space in the comfortable communal areas. Well stocked kitchen."
"Not really complaints, but some of the upstairs floorboards were quite creaky which may disturb light sleepers. The private shower / bath was quite compact - may cause problems with larger people."

"1. Overpriced hostel. 2. Weak WiFi 3. The shared bathroom was not clean and very often occupied. 4. They request a credit card (not a debit card) which was not clearly mentioned in the fine print. Only in Chile it has happened. I had to go to my bank and apply for a credit card. 5. In the end, the payment was in cash. A big discussion about USD notes "in good condition". Even getting the notes from my bank, they didn't accept some notes. So it means "in perfect condition" when paying in cash with USD notes."
