"spacious appartment with a big balcony, right in from of the access to the metro station. supermarket round the corner, fast food and nice restaurants very close. full kitchen facilities. the air conditioner is a little small during hot days. security at the entrance 24 hours and quite vigilant. a big walk in closet and slidedoor to close the bedroom from lounge area."

"Modern hotel recently renovated. good restaurant and a small bar within the premises. Buffet breakfast with real black coffe, fresh bread and scrambled eggs and sausages. The natural yogurt with berries and granola was great too. This is one of the few good hotels in Puerto Montt in my opinion. It is located in quiet residential neighbourhood, close to city center and the main supermarket and shopping center. You can go walking but it is a hill in the way back to the hotel so i recommend call a taxi or get an uber. Clean and modern bathroom. Good quality of pillows (something important to me)."
